青蒿琥酯對脂多糖誘導的大鼠腎小球系膜細胞凋亡的影響_《華西醫學》

目的：觀察青蒿琥酯對脂多糖誘導的大鼠腎小球系膜細胞(glomerular mesangial cells,GMC)凋亡的影響。方法：用不同濃度的青蒿琥酯刺激脂多糖誘導增殖的大鼠腎小球系膜細胞，HE染色觀察凋亡細胞形態，DAPI熒光染色觀察細胞核凋亡情況，用流式細胞儀檢測細胞凋亡率。結果：青蒿琥酯對系膜細胞凋亡有明顯誘導作用，呈一定劑量依賴性。結論：青蒿琥酯能夠劑量依賴性地誘導大鼠系膜細胞凋亡。
