目的　探討同種異體骨髓間充質干細胞（BM-MSCs）對大鼠肝臟熱缺血再灌注損傷的保護作用。
方法　取10只健康Wistar大鼠骨髓，體外分離、培養間充質干細胞，對其進行生物學鑒定，并對門靜脈途徑移植入肝臟的間充質干細胞行4，6-聯脒-2-苯基吲哚（DAPI）染色示蹤。建立大鼠70%肝臟缺血再灌注損傷模型，將32只雄性Wistar大鼠隨機分成假手術組（Sham組）、缺血再灌注組（I/R組）、維生素C治療組（VC組）及BM-MSCs組，每組8只，分別于再灌注24h后取材，檢測血清天門冬氨酸氨基轉移酶（AST）和丙氨酸氨基轉移酶（ALT）水平，肝臟組織總超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和丙二醛（MDA）含量，并對肝臟組織行HE染色觀察病理學改變，TUNEL法檢測肝臟凋亡指數（AI）。
結果　體外分離的BM-MSCs生長穩定，增殖旺盛，表達CD29及CD44，不表達CD34及CD45；大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷模型穩定，在肝臟組織切片內見間充質干細胞定植，多位于肝小葉中央靜脈周圍。VC組和BM-MSCs組的AST、ALT、MDA和AI均較I/R組低（P＜0.05），SOD均較I/R組高（P＜0.05）； BM-MSCs組的AST、ALT、MDA和AI均低于VC組（P＜0.05），SOD高于VC組（P＜0.05）。
結論　BM-MSCs可通過減輕氧化應激損傷和抑制肝細胞凋亡，來保護大鼠肝臟熱缺血再灌注損傷。
