【摘要】　目的　研究反義核酸技術封閉谷氨酰胺酶( GA) 基因對裸鼠體內胃癌細胞凋亡作用的影響。方法將攜帶GA 反義基因的質粒轉染胃癌細胞SGC27901 ,并將成功轉染的胃癌細胞接種于裸鼠皮下,獲得裸鼠胃癌移植瘤模型,通過TUNEL 技術檢測胃癌細胞凋亡的凋亡指數; RT2PCR 技術檢測移植瘤細胞內GA mRNA 的含量。結果　GA 反義基因質粒載體成功轉染胃癌細胞后,腫瘤生長速度減慢,癌細胞凋亡增加,腫瘤細胞內GA mRNA的含量減少。結論　GA 反義基因可抑制GA 基因的表達,明顯促進胃癌細胞凋亡。
