目的　探討Notch信號通路的結構特點、功能以及在消化系腫瘤中的研究進展。
方法　采用文獻復習的方法，對研究Notch信號通路在消化系腫瘤分子機理的相關文獻加以綜述。
結果　Notch信號通路不僅在細胞正常發育、分化增殖和凋亡中起著重要的作用，而且與多種腫瘤的發生和發展具有相關性。
結論　對Notch信號通路進行合理的調控有可能為腫瘤的治療開辟新的途徑。
